1 Candy Arena — The Candy Cane Skip
The most well-known shortcut in Eggy Party. On the giant candy cane section near the beginning, bounce off the top of the red stripe instead of going around. This launches you high enough to skip an entire platform section, saving 3-4 seconds.
How to execute:
- Approach the candy cane from the left side
- Jump onto the curved part and let momentum carry you up
- At the peak, double jump toward the next section
- You should land on the upper platform instead of the lower one
💡 Tip: This shortcut requires practice. If you miss, you'll fall to the bottom — costing more time than the normal route. Practice in casual mode first.
2 Frozen Peak — Hidden Speed Ramp
On the long ice slide section near the midpoint, stay to the far right edge of the slide. There's a nearly invisible speed boost ramp that's flush with the ice texture. It launches you forward at double speed.
How to execute:
- As you enter the ice slide, slide to the far right
- Look for a slightly lighter colored strip on the ice edge
- Keep your egg centered on that strip
- You'll hit the ramp and fly past 2-3 obstacles
🐧 Character tip: Use Penguin Egg for this map. Ice doesn't slow you down, making the shortcut even more effective.
3 Sunflower Sprint — High Petal Hop
When you reach the rotating sunflower section, don't take the slow path across all the petals. Jump from the highest petal directly to the second-to-last platform, skipping 4 intermediate platforms.
How to execute:
- Wait for the tallest petal to reach its peak height
- Jump from the very tip for maximum distance
- Use your double jump about halfway across
- Aim for the left side of the landing platform
4 Underwater Escape — Hidden Tunnel
After the air bubble refill section at the 40-second mark, drop down immediately instead of following the main path. There's a hidden tunnel underwater that connects directly to the final stretch.
How to execute:
- After passing the air bubble cluster, look for a dark opening on the lower left wall
- Dive down and swim into the opening
- The tunnel curves right and then up
- You emerge right before the finish line, bypassing the entire jellyfish gauntlet
⚡ Pro tip: This shortcut is risky if you're low on air. Make sure you refilled at the last bubble cluster before attempting it.
5 Cloud Kingdom — Cloud Chain Dash
In the floating cloud section, don't wait for each cloud to move into position. Instead, chain your dashes across the cloud path. A well-timed dash + jump combo can skip 3 clouds in a row.
How to execute:
- Watch the cloud movement pattern for 2 cycles before moving
- Dash from the first cloud toward the third cloud
- Mid-dash, jump to extend the distance
- Land on the third cloud, dash again immediately to the fifth
6 Lava Land — Magma Corner Boost
On the falling platform section over lava, stay to the far bottom-right corner of each platform before it drops. The lava geyser that erupts as the platform falls will launch you diagonally to the next safe zone.
How to execute:
- Stand on the bottom-right corner of the first platform
- When the warning flash appears (1 second before drop), jump
- The lava eruption boosts your jump, sending you to the next platform
- Repeat for each platform — you'll complete the section in half the normal time
7 Pixel Park — Wall Climb Shortcut
In the retro arcade section, there's a wall that looks like a dead end but is actually climbable. Walk directly into the wall with a dash, and your egg will clip through to a hidden passage above.
How to execute:
- Look for the brick wall with a slightly different color brick pattern (third column, fifth row)
- Position yourself directly in front of that brick
- Dash forward while holding the jump button
- You'll clip through and land on the passage above
8 Garden Maze — Hedge Bypass
At the hedge maze section, don't follow the intended path. Instead, use the high archway at the entrance to jump over the first hedge wall entirely.
How to execute:
- As you enter the maze, climb onto the stone archway
- From the top of the arch, double jump toward the blue flower patch
- You'll clear the hedge wall and land in the middle section
- From there, take the right path directly to the exit
9 Space Station — Gravity Flip Glide
In the zero-gravity section, don't bounce between platforms normally. Instead, aim for the large rotating ring overhead. Land on it, ride it to the top, then drop onto the final platform directly.
How to execute:
- When you enter the zero-G room, look up for the rotating ring
- Jump toward it — the low gravity makes it easy to reach
- Ride the ring until it reaches the highest point in its rotation
- Jump off and float down to the exit platform (the one with the green arrow)
💡 Tip: This shortcut requires patience — waiting for the ring to reach the right position takes 5-6 seconds but saves 15+ seconds compared to the normal route.
10 Treasure Island — Barrel Roll
Near the wooden ship section, you'll see stacked barrels. Instead of climbing over them, roll into the bottom barrel at an angle to trigger a chain reaction that launches you over the entire obstacle course.
How to execute:
- Approach the barrel stack from a 45-degree angle (left side)
- Dash into the bottom barrel — it will roll forward
- The rolling barrel knocks over the stack, creating a ramp
- Jump onto the falling barrels and use them as stepping stones
- You'll skip the entire rope bridge section
⚡ Pro tip: The timing on this shortcut is tight. If you're too slow, the barrels settle and you're stuck at the bottom. Bail out early if you miss the timing.
